Trust & Safety

Your safety is our priority, built into every feature.

Verification Standards

We believe you should always know exactly who you're meeting. That's why every single companion on Tossuu goes through a rigorous verification process:

  • Phone & Email Verification: Basic contact validation.
  • Government ID Check: Companions must submit a valid Aadhaar, PAN, or Passport.
  • Live Selfie Matching: We use facial recognition to ensure the person matches their ID.
  • Manual Review: Our team reviews every profile before it goes live.

Session Location Policy (Public Places Only)

To ensure the safety of both users and companions, Tossuu strictly mandates that all sessions take place in approved public locations.

Escrow-Protected Payments

All transactions must be completed through the Tossuu platform. By using our in-app payment system, we protect both parties:

  1. You pay securely when booking.
  2. Tossuu holds the funds securely in escrow.
  3. The session takes place.
  4. A dispute window opens after the session ends.
  5. If no issues are reported, the companion receives their payment.

Note: Demanding cash payments or attempting to move transactions off-platform is a violation of our terms and will result in an account ban.

Reporting & Emergency Support

You are always in control. If a session ever feels uncomfortable, you have the right to end it immediately without explanation.

  • In-App ReportingReport inappropriate messages, boundary violations, or misrepresented profiles directly from the app. Our human moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
  • Zero Tolerance PolicyWe have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, inappropriate requests, and violations of our platonic-only guidelines.
